| Problem that you may be experiencing: |
When I click on "CHECK OUT" on shopping cart,
I kept getting "No Item in your shopping cart" Error Message. |
When I click on "CHECK OUT" on shopping cart,
I got a "Page Cannot be Displayed" Error Message. |
| Solution: |
First, follow this link to see if you are currently
accepting cookie through your browser.

If you are not currently set to accept cookie, you can set your browser
to accept cookies, please see the following instructions:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5:
- From the menu bar, click Tools and select Internet Options
- From the tabs across the top, select Security
- Ensure Internet is selected as the Web Content Zone and click the
Custom Level button.
- Scroll through the settings until you reach the Cookies section.
- Select the Enable radio button under both sub sections Allow cookies
that are stored on your computer and Allow per session cookies, not
stored
- Click OK
- Click OK
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your screen. If
you now navigate to the Application forms you should be able to apply successfully
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6:
- From the menu bar, click Tools and select Internet Options
- From the tabs across the top, select Privacy
- Move the slider down until the heading reads Accept All Cookies
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your screen. If
you now navigate to the Application forms you should be able to apply successfully
Netscape 6:
- From the menu bar, click Edit and select Preferences
- Within the left hand Category box, double-click on Privacy
& Security to expand the section.
- Select Cookies from this list
- Within the 'Cookie Acceptance Policy' on the right, select the Enable
All Cookies radio button
- Click OK
- Press Ctrl + R keys on your keyboard to refresh your screen.
If you now navigate to the Application forms you should be able to apply
successfully
Opera:
- From the menu bar, click File and select Preferences
- Within the left hand Category box, click on Privacy
- Within the 'Cookies' section on the right, select the Enable Cookies
checkbox
- Configure the dropdown options to read Automatically accept all cookies
and Accept from all servers
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Press Ctrl + R keys on your keyboard to refresh your screen.
If you now navigate to the Application forms you should be able to apply
successfully
Macintosh Internet Explorer 5.x
- Select Edit and then Preferences.
- Click on Receiving Files; select the button that says Accept
all cookies.
- Select OK.

If you receive "Page Cannot be Displayed", try to activate SSL support
for your browser with the following instructions.
Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x
- From the browser's Tools menu select Internet Options...
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Security section.
- Ensure that there is a tick in Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0.
- Click on OK to accept the pages.
- Click Ctrl + R to refresh the page.
Netscape 6.x
- From Netscape Navigators Edit menu select Preferences...
- Expand the Privacy and Security options by clicking on the '+'
to the left.
- Click on SSL from the list and ensure that there is a tick in
the boxes for Enable SSL version 2.0 and Enable SSL version 3.0.
- Reload the current Page
Opera
- From the browsers File menu select Preferences…
- Click on Security
- Ensure that Enable SSL 2.0 and Enable SSL 2.0 have a tick
in them
To check that your browser does support 128-bit encryption do the following:
Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x
- From the Help menu select About Internet Explorer
- Amongst the information in the box that appears is Cypher Strength
- If this says 128-bit then your browser has its encryption strength
set correctly.
- If this states anything less than 128-bit then you must update
your browser. Visit the Microsoft website:
Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack Homepage
Netscape 6.x
- All current versions of Netscape support 128-bit encryption.
Opera 6.x
- All supported versions of Opera support 128-bit encryption
Macintosh Internet Explorer 5.x
- Click on the Apple menu.
- Select About Internet Explorer.
- Click on Support.
- The Encryption box should contain the current encryption level.
